Most orders shipped to destinations within the continental United States are shipped using UPS ground service. At our discretion, in order to better serve our customers, we also use FedEx and USPS. These services take approximately 1-5 business days to most areas, but may require more time to remote locations. Most orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
In order for UPS or FedEx to release a shipment without obtaining a signature, the delivery address must be either a single-family dwelling or multiple family dwelling with a private entrance. UPS and FedEx will not release packages without a signature that are shipped to commercial addresses, apartment / condominium complexes or requiring an adult signature at delivery. For packages that do not require a signature at delivery, the receiver may leave a note on their front door with delivery instructions. The decision on whether or not to release a shipment is ultimately up to the driver's best discretion. The goal is to deliver shipments in a safe area, away from public view, and protected from the weather. If the driver is unable to leave a package without a signature, an Info-Notice will be left explaining the requirements to complete delivery. AutoSeatSkins.com is unable to issue special shipping instructions to delivery drivers (i.e. leave package with neighbor, leave package on porch, etc.). You may leave a note for the driver on your door with special instructions; however, the delivery of the package will always be at the discretion of the driver.
Free Shipping promotions apply exclusively to orders shipped within the continental United States using ground service.
If you are in the military, we would love to serve you. Orders placed using APO or FPO addresses will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail. USPS shipments have general restrictions. Packages may not exceed 70 lbs. (Some zip codes have lower limits). Packages may not exceed 130 inches in combined length and girth. Unfortunatley, most of our factories will not ship to APO or FPO addresses because they do not ship using USPS. Therefore, orders will be shipped to our warehouse in NY, consolidated and then reshipped to AFO or FPO final destinations. As a result, 'Free Shipping' promotions will not apply to APO or FPO addresses.
Due to fluctuations, restrictions and limitations in international shipping charges and routes, AutoSeatSkins.com reserves the right to review all charges associated to orders shipped outside of the United States after you have placed your order. In the event that we need to alter the shipping charge and/or the carrier associated to your purchase, we will send you an email detailing the additional charge and pertinent information. When you receive this, simply click the link to approve the charge and we will continue to process your order. AutoSeatSkins.com charges international shipments a 'shipping' or 'freight' fee only. This fee does not include brokerage, duty, taxes, etc. as international customers may be subject to import tariffs that are levied when your package reaches your country. The customer must pay any additional charges that may be applied to your shipment. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what those charges may be. As a customer of AutoSeatSkins.com, you are considered the importer of record and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the United States and the country in which you are receiving your merchandise. Please note that international shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities. In addition, AutoSeatSkins.com may be required to supply to customs agents information regarding your merchandise. This is often required in order to facilitate clearance by customs and to comply with local laws.
